My husband and I split one every night. We have been taking them for several months. Highly recommend.

Welcome sleep!

I struggled with sleep issues for years. I’ve tried everything so I’m happy to say 1/2 gummy an hour before I want to sleep helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I’m not taking every night but I’m thankful:)

I’ve been using the bedtime gummies for about 6 months now and they never fail. I only need a half gummy to get a sound sleep since they are potent.

I love these bedtime gummy’s! I’m a small person so a microdose usually does it for me. On occasion, I’ll take two. This particular blend of ingredients feels really relaxing and great and I highly recommend it. I’m very sensitive and these work very well for me. I also like that there’s no melatonin in them them pretty often. When I need melatonin, I just take it separately and I like that option. I also love snooze these daytime Gummies! Highly recommend!

I have battled periodic insomnia for most of my adult life and tried many supplements and OTC meds over the years with varying degrees of success. I ordered this after reading great reviews. I take one gummy half hour before bed and am falling asleep within minutes of going to sleep. While I usually still wake up once during the night I am able to fall right back to sleep which is unusual for me. The gummy is quite tasty and I feel alert upon awakening. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant. Did the melatonin thing and other prescribed sleeping aids. My sleep got so bad. Tried a sample, one gummy on a Friday night and the next day I bought 2 packs online. Not much more to say. It works, helps to fall asleep, stay asleep and don’t feel groggy when you wake up. And if you do wake in middle of the night it was easier to fall back asleep.
